Stand Alone DVR

DVRMaster Stand Alone DVR Security Systems are perfect for all size applications. These systems provide the coverage you need, are affordable and can fit every budget. Most of the Stand Alone DVRs have built-in DVDRW devices, but the newer Stand Alone DVR systems are manufactured with only USB connections. Instead of downloading wanted recorded footage onto a DVDRW, the recording is downloaded onto USB memory sticks, connected to the USB port. USB Memory Sticks are more common and can hold more information than a DVD CD. Some older models still have the DVDRW built in, so if a customer is more comfortable downloading onto the DVDRW, the option is available.

The Stand Alone Security Systems have all the features you would expect from a DVR. They record, have playback, are downloadable, have the watermark feature and have remote viewing.

The recording is done directly to the built in Serial ATA 7200RPM Hard Drive (The Hard Drives used are Security hard drives by brand name manufacturers, such as Seagate or Western Digital). Recording can be configured in a multitude of options. The recording can be 24/7 continues recording, can be set for specific hours and dates and can record by motion. When using Day and night cameras (infrared cameras), the motion recording records all the motion that occurs in the day and at night. Motion recording is the primary and popular method of recording.

Playback can be done directly at the DVR System or remotely. Playback gives you the ability to always see what you may have missed. If you were a victim of theft or vandalism, playback gives you the recording you need for evidence. Anything that you want to view after the fact can be accomplished by using the playback feature.

The watermark is an essential feature to have in every Security System. It does two important things: First, when downloading an incident onto the USB stick or DVDRW, it marks the date and time. Second, the watermark is authenticated. In short when needing evidence to provide to either the authorities or the court, the watermarked USB or CD are undisputed proof. A non watermarked USB or CD can be tampered with and therefore becomes inadmissible as evidence. Having a DVR System without the watermark feature negates the whole point of having a Security System. All of our DVR Stand Alone Systems have the watermark feature.

Remote viewing is probably the most used and most popular of all the features provided by Security Systems. Remote viewing gives you the ability to view your cameras at all times from wherever you are. Many company owners feel they need to always be present in order to keep an eye and insure employee performance. The Playback gives the owner the peace of mind to leave the office or store, go on vacation or work from home. Remote Viewing can be done from anywhere in the world and from nearly every device that has internet. Remote viewing can be done from a PC computer, Laptop, Iphone, Ipad, Smart phone, Android and blackberry. Some Stand Alone DVRs can also remotely view from Mac Systems.

The DVRMaster Standalone DVR System offers powerful performance and reliability through its embedded operating system. With a high recording speed with high quality picture 720 X 640, built-in multiplexer and PTZ functions. All of DVRMaster Systems have PTZ RS485 connectivity. The 16 channel system replaces outdated VCR systems in both price and performance. Our Standalone Embedded DVR features a triplex, pentaplex, Quadplex and Hexaplex compression which allows you to perform multiple functions remotely all at the same time while the DVR continues to record uninterrupted.

Standalone DVR Systems are a perfect security solution for those PC-phobic clients. Every function on this DVR is a matter of a push of a button. DVRMaster Stand alone DVRs are configured and preset before being shipped out. When the customer receives his DVR, he/she only needs to plug it in and its ready to go. Plug and Play simple and easy.
