The camera is weather-proof  inside a heater and blower housing and ideal for outdoor use, containing a low-power consumption that functions on a 12-Volt DC. The DM-IR-36WDR comes with two attached IR illuminators on the side for extra IR illumination Range (144 LEDs Each Illuminator) and its powerful 16X optical zoom will let you see beyond any regular IR camera. The 3.4~122.4 zoom lens is motorized for easy use. The remote control will allow you to zoom in and out, alleviating you from having to run any extra cables for zoom control. Also can be controlled by the RS485 Port on Pelco D 9600bps. The powerful and overall effectiveness of the Superior Digital Noise Reduction (SDNR) will give you the perfect image you've always been dreaming of.
