The DM-DO-D1700N is easy to install through a drop ceiling (removable tiles) where there is crawl space and the tiles are thin and easy to cut through. The DM-DO-D1750N is unique because of its versatile lens. The Lens within the dome is built on a metal square witch swivels in all directions which enables the user to choose the desirable angle without having to move the camera. To use this function the user needs only to twist the globe of the Dome Camera off and move the lens to the desired position, and then return the globe.
