The DM-IR 5848AVF is one of the high quality IR security cameras on the market today. It has a 4-9mm auto vari-focal lens. The high 580 TV lines of resolution that give you a picture that is outstanding. It has 48 IR's that give you visibility in the dark up to 100ft. The removable sun shield helps to maximize the picture quality and helps protect the camera from the elements. The recommended power supply is 12VDC 1700mA.

OSD CAMERA SETUP

IR 5800 Series have a small program built-in to the camera to help users to setup the camera function with ease. No more reading a manual and tipping dip-switches to configure the camera.

External Lens Control

External lens control knobs on back of the camera make installation and setting up the camera easier. The included 4.0~9.0mm auto-iris lens and adjustable mount gives you the best shot at any angle.

0.002 LUX SENS-UP LOW LIGHT ENHANCEMENT AND DNR(DIGITAL NOISE REDUCTION)

The SENS-UP feature of the 5800 series infrared cameras allow for theirs impressive 0.002 low light lux rating which leads to theirs superb night time performance ability. In addition, the noise reduction (DNR: Digital Noise Reduction) function helps to improve the total DVR recording time up to 30%.

IR-CORRECTED LENS INSTALLED

Use a day & night or monochrome cameras for the IR corrected lenses. Regular color cameras will not be affected by the IR corrected lens. When using the day/night or monochrome cameras, nearly any outdoor, as well as some indoor applications, will require, or at least benefit from using IR corrected lenses. This is because many natural light sources also contain infrared light, lighting changes with a higher infrared, lower infrared, or without infrared at all. When using ordinary lenses, the result is a blurred, or in a worst case scenario, a completely unfocused picture.
